We aim to deliver the highest quality jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following valid reasons only:
Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
- Damaged product received
- Wrong design sent
- Incorrect size
Important Conditions
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Product must be in original condition unworn and unused.
- Return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.
